Antolino Brongo estate

This first project of the estate is a high end ice cider from the indigenous varieties of apples that are found in Québec.

The orchard of the estate is based in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, in the region of the Basses-Laurentides.

The soil of this region is composed of glacial deposits (gravel, sand) on a light slope of 3% oriented south-south-east, ideal for the apple trees to grow. The climate is one of the driest in the province of Québec.
